About Your Business Area/Department:

ICM develop and manufacture self-service hardware and related software applications for airports and airlines. Hardware includes a range of auto bag drop models ranging from retrofit to high-end full desk replacement solutions, 3 models of check-in kiosks and biometric solutions including bio pods and gate controllers.

Summary of the role:

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating warehouse, logistics and MRP/ERP system as part of the supply chain function when manufacturing products and sub-assemblies for ICM products and projects.

As a key member of the supply chain and manufacturing team, the Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the local warehouse functions utilizing the assistance of a team of casuals as required reporting to them, this extends to all national and international freight coordination utilizing 3rd party logistics suppliers.

In this role you’ll:

• Operate MS Dynamics NAV MRP/ERP system management of products and sub-assemblies
• Execute warehouse functions including goods receiving, put aways, shipping and transfers
• Management and control of inbound, outbound and 3rd partly logistics.
• Liaising with logistics suppliers and chasing other vendors to meet deadlines set for freight purposes
• Supervising and training a team of casuals executing local warehouse functions. (item awareness, company processes, packing processes etc)
• Maintenance / rostering of warehouse personnel resources to match workloads as predicted in the manufacturing plans as well as available warehouse space
• Willing to operate battery powered walkie stacker machine in warehouse
• Work cooperatively to achieve team goals making constructive suggestions to move things forward.
• Build stable and useful working relationships with others outside the immediate area of work
• Help foster a “can do” culture in Manufacturing

About the ideal candidate:

• Must have the right to work in the USA
• Proven track record as warehouse and logistics coordinator in a similar environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate Microsoft Dynamics Navision or similar ERP
• Proven ability to foster good relationships with people in other internal departments and your team
• Understanding of logistics terms, methods, and contracts
• Knowledge of Excel, Visio, Outlook, Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Experience with International freight inco terms, tax etc.
• Purchase order management and master data. Trade Compliance an advantage
