If you are a creative, smart and driven individual that enjoysworking with complex problems and in teams we want YOU!We are looking for a technical writer to support data center design andproducts documentation, develop process documentation, and design andimplement content management solutions using tools such as MadCap Flare orlike. This includes gathering customer requirements, understanding thebusiness needs, and designing solutions that meet them.The ideal candidate shows serious obsession for customers. They have broadexperience working on global, cross-functional content programs, and theyhave team leadership, program management, or project managementexperience. This person also has excellent written and verbal communicationskills with demonstrated leadership in delivering business results whileworking in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment. They have strongdata analytics skills, and are comfortable working with Excel to identifytrends and insights. Experience working within a team to deliver complexsolutions is key.Key job responsibilities* Provide and implement an industry-standard XML authoring system/contentmanagement solution for managing and maintaining all data center specificdesign and product documentation* Support efficient and effective authoring by making it possible to reusecontent across different design types* Work with cross functional teams on writing, updating and deliveringconcise design documentation* Support document change process and periodic release of design documentation* Implement document template and standardization across entire data centerinfrastructure product line* Review all technical documentation being issued by the product and designteams, including but not limited to narratives, drawings, sheets,specifications, user manuals, troubleshooting guides etc.* Manage central repository for all technical documentation, access controletc.* Develop and manage graphical user interface to overlay over contentdatabases* Independently follow designs and standards to develop and deliverconceptual, how-to, and API reference docs for AWS products* Support release management team with quarterly publication of basis ofdesign (BoD) documents.* Support product engineering organizations with effective writing, creationand standardization of product documentation.* Developing and setting standards for engineering document control, andbest practices. Drives process improvements across multiple organizations* Controlling the numbering, naming, filing and formatting of alldocuments issued* Developing document tracking process* Creating document lists* Work on concurrent projects in multiple geographical locations* Work with internal Civil, Structural, Architectura
