This is a part-time or full-time delivery associate position with Eagle Delivery Services delivering packages for Amazon! We are based out of the Lewisville, TX delivery station (DDF1).

We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment!

Benefits & Scheduling:

• Starting pay for new drivers is $16.50 / hour plus weekly bonus (paid bi-weekly). After 90 days, drivers can be eligible for an additional $0.50 per hour raise, subject to meeting certain requirements.
• Starting pay for experienced drivers (6+ months of Amazon delivery experience) ranges from $17.50-$19.00 / hour plus weekly bonus
• Many of our drivers are averaging well over $19.00/hour with the bonus included!!

• 4-day workweek (about 40 hours) is typical
• Approximate hours are 9 am to 8 pm. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week, 360 days per year.
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

Key Duties:

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Keep pace in physically demanding job;
• Work in all weather conditions
• Lift packages (up to 50 lbs);
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use Company-provided smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or over
• Must have valid drivers license for at least 3 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
