To meet the growing demand for AWS Services around the globe, the Year One Enablement Facilitator and Coaching team is responsible for providing all of the coaching and training of new AWS field sellers. We are looking for a bright, driven and self-directed leader who will ensure the correct resources are in the correct place to fulfill our mission. If you have strong organizational skills, can work independently and make good decisions in a rapidly growing business, then we’d like to speak with you. You will be the face of our enablement team welcoming all new hires to AWS.
Here’s your chance to be the face of our enablement team welcoming all new hires to AWS. You will coordinate a set of highly strategic initiatives focused on building the leadership capability of AWS Sales Leaders at scale. The successful candidate is an experienced project manager with a passion for training and enablement. You will be able to not only coordinate these programs but also act as the producer for some of our most foundational programs. You will also help facilitate a subset of our classes. Prior experience in sales enablement is helpful. The ideal candidate would have basic knowledge of cloud concepts and experience working in successful B2B sales teams.
Preferred Locations: Seattle, WA USA – Washington, DC USA – Dallas, TX USA – Arlington, VA, USA – Denver, USA – Atlanta, USA – Jersey City, USA – Boston, MA USA. Relocation assistance is available within the United States.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $79,600 – $139,300/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
