Job Posting TitleProgram Management Leader Job Description SummaryOversees project progress and costs; communicates status with stakeholders and participating functional areas; addresses and helps resolves problems. Coordinates within the business unit for each deliverable within the project. Communicates with customer and manages expectations when required. Ensures effective use of project controls and reporting mechanisms. Helps lead, motivate and co-ordinate project teams at the manufacturing plant while making ensuring that project/launch procedures are available and adhered to. Job DescriptionGuide the manufacturing plants in developing plans and establish work schedules and coaching employees to achieve departmental goals/ operational objectives.Maintain a safe work environment.Supports large-scale projects at the manufacturing plants, incorporating proactive and innovative solutions to addressing business challenges and achieving organizational goals and objectives.Provides the processes, structures and tools for individual programroject management across product lines and business units.Facilitate the setting of timelines, dashboards and financial benchmarks for each initiative to keep executive leaders current on progress and potential issues.Serves as lead for cross department communications, data analytics and reporting, monthly goal tracking and the development of quarterly/annual communications.Assist in day-to-day management of operational details to ensure information flow and internal resources are appropriate and internal/external stakeholders are managed accordingly.All other duties as assigned.
