American Property Restoration Looking for Business Development Specialist at Georgia Full Time

We are looking for an energetic and results driven Business Development Specialist to help us expand our client base. The goal for this position is to drive sustainable financial growth through increasing sales and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Acquire and develop new business by identifying new customers and referral sources.

· Must be able to present our services in line with our branding that conveys excellence, integrity and superior customer service.

· Maintain daily sales route records through the use of our CRM database

· Must be able to develop presentations and present to small groups

· Actively participate in trade shows, community and networking associations.

· Work closely with the Director of Marketing and the Operations staff to remain current on all jobs.

· Coordinate and oversee social media marketing efforts to generate leads.

Requirements:

· Willingness and Ability To Travel

· Experience in face-to-face sales

· Work experience in cold calling and prospecting

· Proficient in MS Office and CRM Software

· Proficient in oral and written communication

· Possess time management and planning skills

· Self-Motivated

· Multi-family experience a plus

· Must be proficient at making sales presentations using video conference calls

· Have solid understanding of building long term relationships

· Must be creative and know how to use technology to market services

· Good at selling over the phone, through emails, as well as in person

· Salary depends on experience, in addition, receive commission on sales

· Company car or car allowance provided along with cell phone and laptop
