The AmericInn Hotel & Suites by Wyndham of Apple Valley, MN is seeking a highly motivated, reliable Front Desk / Night Auditor with great customer service skills to work the overnight position. As a Front Desk Night Auditor you will be expected to perform various tasks on a regular basis. The following list is a basic list of duties, but the job is not limited to only these tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Register and assign rooms to guests
• Confirm phone and online reservations
• Respond to guests needs, requests and complaints
• Provide superior customer service
• Make reservations, check customers in and out on the Hotel PMS System
• Washing, drying, folding, and putting laundry away
• Preparing our Free Breakfast every morning for all guests

Qualitfications / Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk service or other related fields
• Great customer service skills
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work 10 hour shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
