JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision, responsible for preparing proposal, presentation, and communication materials. Coordinates the distribution of internal and external marketing literature. Requires strong verbal and written skills. Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and one to two years of experience. Frequently reports to an Advertising/Marketing Communications Manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google and social media channels
• Research and implement new campaigns
• Analyze KPIs of performance
• Identify and respond to changes in market trends and competition
• Facilitate email development, testing and execution for priority marketing campaigns
• Support with and implement campaign optimization tactics
• Brainstorm and creative growth strategies through digital marketing

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor´s degree in marketing or related field.
• Experience optimizing performance and advertising channels, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Knowledge of planning and execution of A/B testing with clear results
• Analytical capacity
• Collaborative
• Fluent English.
• Experience working within a marketing team/agency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities based on organizational needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing digital journeys towards conversion
• Experience in revenue management campaigns
