AMF Bakery Systems Looking for Project Manager – Mexico City, Mexico at Ciudad de México, México Full Time

AMF is growing and looking for Project Manager for AMF Bakery System’s products. The Project Manager will travel internationally and domestically about 35% of the time and is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of project, negotiates with customers, and brings project to satisfactory conclusion. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. Coordinate with internal and external customers to ensure all aspects of each project are on time. This position is remote – located in Mexico.

How You Will Impact AMF

• Following the AMF Project Management process disciplines, including maintaining CRM milestones.
• Leading project planning sessions
• Coordinating on timely manner with internal resources and external teams
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Travelling to customer sites for meetings and installation startups.
• Designing and signing off on contracts
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Participating in tender process i.e., design, submission, and review
• Designing risk mitigation plan, escalating in duly time any major risk.
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
• Managing large and diverse teams remotely.
• Follow-up on accounts payable and financial recording of the project milestones.

What You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/Industrial)
• 5+ years’ experience
• Written and verbal communication skills both Spanish & English (fully fluent), Portuguese is a plus.
• Capacity to manage high stress situations
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
