JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Line of Business: AmRisc
Reports To: Chief Administrative Officer

JOB SUMMARY
Provide administrative and clerical support to staff by answering phones, greeting guests, mail, typing, copying, scanning, filing, communicating with other departments and completing special administrative/clerical projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Answer telephone and give information to callers, transfers calls to appropriate staff, complete messages, or follow up, as necessary.
2. Greet visitors and direct them accordingly. Set up conference rooms for meetings, etc.
3. Provide exceptional administrative support for special projects involving gathering information, analyzing facts and compiling information to ensure increased productivity for the office.
4. Scan, file and copy correspondence and other documents as needed.
5. Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management, as needed.
7. Maintain office supplies and equipment for office.
8. Perform other duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or equivalent work experience
2. Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products. Ability to operate multi-line phone, copier, scanner and other office equipment.
3. Good organizational/time management skills
4. Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
5. Strong verbal and written communications skills
6. Knowledge and use of correct spelling and grammar
7. Ability to multi-task and detailed oriented.
8. Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
9. Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
