Ancora Education Hiring for College Admissions Team Leader-Remote USA at United States Full Time

Job Summary:

The Admissions Team Lead actively supports and contributes to the recruitment and enrollment of students who are passionate, motivated, and committed to changing their lives through career education. They provide outstanding customer service to all Ancora Education constituencies including prospective graduate enrollees, families, guidance counselors and teachers. This position represents Ancora Education at recruitment events (e.g., recruitment fairs, recruitment visits to high schools, alternative schools, and adult basic education centers, community events, etc.).

The Admissions Team Lead for Online Division assists the DOA with training the department on operational best practices, policy and procedure, effective issue resolution, and other key components of the admissions function. This position is a developmental position for future DOA positions and is working to learn all the functions of a DOA.

Experience Required:

• Minimum:
• Associates degree, or equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Preferred:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with College Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Services, Education and Career Placement

departments

• Experience helping others achieve life goals

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of Google Suite programs and database programs (CampusVue preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with both faculty and student populations
• Superior organizational and problem resolution skills
• Goal oriented and highly ethical
