Andon Electronic Corp Hiring for Data Entry Clerk (Part-time) Job at Lincoln, RI Full Time

Fast-growing manufacturer seeks a highly reliable data entry clerk for Customer Service department.

Functions/responsibilities:

· Enter sales orders, set up new customer accounts, and update customer account data in ERP system

· Convert invoices in ERP to PDFs

· Enter data into Certificate of Compliance (C of C) and Certificate of Origin (C of O) templates

· Print labels using label printing software

· Gather and enter company data requested by customers

· Filing

· Other miscellaneous tasks as required

Required background and skills:

· Min. 2 years of successful data entry experience

· Demonstrated proficiency in data entry and use of Microsoft Word and Excel (will be tested)

· Highly focused, attentive to detail, and accurate.

· Strong organization skills

· Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English

· U.S. work authorization

Education:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Training or certification in administrative skills a plus

Reporting to: Customer Service Department

Job Type: Part time (Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM)

Compensation: $17-$19/hr. depending on skills and experience
