You & Me LLC known as “The Clinic” is a nurse-run arts and play-based company that offers research, workshops, and performances inside hospital settings to decrease healthcare burnout, compassion fatigue, and secondary traumatic stress.

In doing this we are looking closely at health disparities, racism, and implicit bias as central themes in this work, in order to come alongside healthcare workers in dismantling health disparities and racism in the workplace.
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant, Branding/Marketing Assistant, & Program Manager is a three-part position.
First and foremost, as the executive assistant, this person will be the assistant to the company’s owner, Tara Rynders.
Responsibilities and tasks to include the following:
Executive Assistant
* Calendar Management
– Booking appointments using Office 365 with in-house team members, outside colleagues, and potential
clients, etc.
* Email Management
– Providing a very detailed organization of all incoming emails
– Responding to appropriate emails when necessary and directed to
* Personal Logistics
– Coordination with family schedules, events, and calendars
– Providing assistance with making family arrangements
– Additional personal requests
* Travel Logistics and Bookings
– Booking flights and coordinating travel needs
– Creating itineraries and scheduling meetings
* Property Management assistant over 3 different properties
* Additional tasks may and will come up, along the lines of family coordination, communication, finalizing plans, details, and more.
The second part of this position will include the following:
Branding/Marketing/Social Media Assistant
* Marketing
– Composition of monthly newsletter & responsibility of sending it to mailing list
– Updating company client database
* Graphic Design
– Assistance to the owner, in implementing a common brand standard through social media
* Social Media
– Framework and structure including an overall vision for social media marketing, posting, and maintenance.
