Annex Distribution Looking for Customer Service Associate at Ottawa, ON Full Time

Annex is a fast growing refrigerated delivery company. We help farmers and other food and beverage companies ship their goods to homes and small businesses across Ontario.

We are looking for a new team members to support our customer service team.

The candidate will primarily work from home, but will need to be on-call to work from our Ottawa warehouse. When working from the warehouse the candidate will primarily work in customer service, but all support in the receiving of cargo from drivers and customers. The candidate MUST have their own transportation to our warehouse at 3105 Hawthorne.

We are looking for people who are

• Empathetic
• Very organized
• Strong computer skills
• Good at listening to a customers’ problems.
• Able to deal with an array of issues.

Ideally, the candidate is bilingual in english and french. The candidate should also love the idea of supporting the local food system and food entrepreneurship.

Shifts are 5 days a week including daytime and evening roles. Shifts are generally 8 hours per shift.

Candidates must provide their own computer to work from home with.

Compensation

• $22 Per Hour
• Full time employees gain full benefits after 3 months and employee stock options after 1 year.
