On Call staff required to help manage our out of hours service (Evenings and Weekends)

Key Requirements
· Have previous experience in a similar capacity.
· Have 2 suitable references
· Be caring and friendly and able to work under pressure
· Be eligible to work in the UK
· Have a good standard of verbal and written English
Key Responsibilities
· To take calls from service users and staff and resolve issues as they arise.
· To cover calls during out of hours when a care worker calls in sick or is unable to work.
· To update the IT system with any changes to rotas, any sick leave or any hospital admissions and inform care workers and NOK accordingly.
· Log all out of hours calls from service users and staff in the on-call report which is handed over to office staff after on-call shift.
· Give direction to care workers when issues arise in line with Ann’s Home Care Policy and Procedure.
