AnswerMTI is now accepting applications for full remote Call Center Agents. This is a work from home position with paid training. We answer incoming phone calls for our clients and our desire is to provide a ‘Best in Class’ customer experience. Acting as the first line of response to various customers nationwide, we communicate with an open, helpful, and engaging tone and focus on servicing each caller with excellence!

We handle inbound calls for a large number of clients. We professionally greet callers, dispatch and route critical messages to on-call personnel by prioritizing emergency calls, paging individuals to inform of emergencies and utilizing call center tools to ensure the right person receives the right message at the right time. Again, we provide INBOUND customer support – we are NOT a telemarketing center.

Shifts Offered:

• Mon 7a-10a, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri 7a-9:30a with one weekday off
• Must work Saturday OR Sunday as well from 8a-2p
• Part time – 5 days a week

Training:

• Training lasts approximately one week and hours vary by applicant
• You will have a set schedule after completing training

Work at home requirements for our Customer Service Superstars:

• Have Broadband Internet – You must pass our speed test
• A typing speed of 35+ WPM
• 1 GB of available space
• Have a Windows PC or laptop with direct Ethernet connection (no wi-fi)
• Have or can get a USB headset (no wireless)
• A Can Do Attitude!
• Dependable, Punctual and Responsible

Compensation: $20 an hour
