Role Location: Auckland (Tāmaki-makau-rau) or Wellington (Te Whanga-nui-a-Tara)

Role Type: Permanent, full-time

In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

• Manage the scheduling and coordination of the editorial calendar and content across our channels ie live webinars, sponsorships, website, events, paid and sponsored content
• Provide webinar platform support – moderating, managing Q&A, set up and management of webinar events, reminder and post event comms.
• Reporting and metrics related to content delivery ie webinar attendance/feedback, performance of paid activity, website analytics
• Be responsible for the production and management of communications and content to internal audiences and channels in relation to our business education content.
• Development of campaigns and direct marketing activity like newsletters to engage with business audiences for customer education content.
• Deliver agreed partnership leverage plan and campaigns across a range of channels

Ōu Pūkenga? – What will you bring

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Tertiary qualification with preference for marketing, media or communications major
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a marketing or content role previously
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using digital tools and systems to manage multiple streams of content
• Ability to coordinate and manage activity across multiple channels
• Understand benefits, strengths and weaknesses of different ‘below the line’ marketing formats and channels
• Experience in managing channel performance and ability to understand key metrics and measurement across each channel
• Demonstrated direct marketing skills to produce communications like newsletters
• Comfortable handling data reporting and pulling insights from a range of different reports on content performance
