Personal Assistant for Real Estate Company. Prior real estate experience preferred*.
Tasks include:
– Maintain records & schedules
– Facilitate Escrows
– Driving to Properties
– Picking up Mail
– Call apartment brokers
– Help Facilitate Mailings to Apartment Owners
– Negotiate service contracts
– Supervise other staff working on properties
– Spanish speaker is a plus
Qualifications:
– Education: High School Diploma Minimum
– Effective time management
– Organization skills
– Database organization, mapping and research
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
