Work Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am -5:00pm
Job Description
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist with a strong customer service background.
Responsibilities will include:
· Answer and direct all incoming calls.
· Schedule service calls and coordinate with field technicians.
· Greet all visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
· Conduct follow up calls with clients as needed.
· Accept deliveries and check mailbox daily.
· Other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
· Excellent verbal skills
· Ability to answer multi-line phones
· Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task
· Strong customer and interpersonal skills
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
· 2+ years related experience in reception or customer service
· Able to learn new software
· Microsoft Office products knowledge is a plus
