Successful project delivery requires strong facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills. The PM is required to follow the Program Governance Methodology and to use the Project Management Toolkit (using waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, SAFe, or a hybrid approach depending on the specific needs of the project and the methodology used by the external cloud application vendor).Day to Day Responsibilities:Facilitate Master Data Committee and work with business users to drive program-wide deliverables related to risk within dataPrepare and present program-wide updates related to dataUnderstand business requirements and requests and determine how teams would use data to achieve themBuild and maintain picture of how data flows between elements of the ERP ecosystemReview and track data-specific scope to completion as measured against views of the complete Program from a data perspectiveCapture and manage risks and issues related to data including all RAID items associated to dataResearch and review solutions to make educated suggestions on best way to solve data related problems to present to the Program for review and approvalMusts:Proven project management experience in ERP implementation and other transformational projects in data managementAbility to provide input and advice on leading practice and solutions in the area of data and risks associatedExceptional communication skills to facilitate meetings within the business and present updates to program leaders and stakeholdersExtensive understanding of how data flows through ERP systems in an enterprise setting at an architect level (not as a data engineer)Strong understanding of how ERP ecosystems functionUnderstanding of risks related to data with proven ability to suggest solutionsProven experience with Visio or Lucid Charts to build process flowsJiraPluses:Came from Data Architect role and moved into project managementCertificates and Experience:Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred, but not required.Minimum of 5-7 years of direct work experience in a project and/or program management capacity, including all aspects of system development life cycleMinimum 5-7 experience in delivering solutions for both the front office and the back-office stakeholdersEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
