This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to an IS&T Site Leader.
Key Qualifications
- Organizing and supporting site leadership meetings, all-hands conferences, management off-sites, and other events, and handling follow-up agenda items.
- On-boarding of a dynamic and changing workforce, handle space challenges, as well as assisting with special projects as required.
- Other administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, tracking inventory, processing expense reports, and handling shared team information and resources on intranet/portals.
- Calm and confident during high stress situations, experienced in handling confidential and sensitive materials with discretion.
- Work independently to multi-task and prioritize workload expeditiously in a fluid work environment
- Problem-solve issues creatively and collaboratively at the same time being resilient under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with a variety of people across multiple functions and levels.
- Experience crafting and/or supporting presentation development for management using Keynote is a plus.
Description
The successful candidate will assist the Austin Site IS&T Leader by taking on various administrative duties ranging from supporting site leadership meetings, organizing site team events to on-boarding the new employees new to the site campus, and managing shared team resources on intranet/portals. Responsibilities also include working on projects that span the entire organization. The job has a lot of range in the work and the level of people you will interact with. It’s exciting, fun and you will be contributing towards making the Austin campus a fantastic place to work!
Education & Experience
Associate Degree (AA/AS) or Bachelor Degree (BA/BS) 4-6 years of executive administrative experience preferred
