We are looking for an Accounts Payable Representative

Job duties include but are not limited to:
Code invoices to proper G/L

Follow up on disputed invoices until resolved

Enter invoices in Quick Books Accounting Software System

Enter invoice details in Internal software

Weekly A/P check run

Skills needed

Excel • format worksheets, formulas, sort data, filters
