o Receiving quotes and creating proposal for clients
o Managing the calendar
o Responding to e-mails
o Opening and dispersing mail
o Ordering supplies
o Filing
Job Requirements:
o 2 – 3 years experience working as an Administrative Assistant
o Strong data entry skills
o Strong written and verbal communication
