AppleOne has partnered with one of the world•s leaders in property management and commercial real estate in the Orange County area. This company is seeking to fill 4 spots in an Administrative Assistant capacity, on a temp to hire basis. This position is in their Finance Division so would require exposure and some experience in Accounting and Finance, with Admin being the primary duty.

We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to work in a highly faced paced environment, you will be exposed to a Financial Admin Role providing support to commercial real estate brokers as needed. The ideal candidate has administrative experience, financial knowledge with the ability to calculate simple figures and must deliver exceptional customer service each and every time. Hospitality experience is a big plus
