We’re hiring a Marketing Assistant:
We are looking for client service-oriented marketing associate with excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. The Marketing Assistant can expect to work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and do research, edit copy, and follow trends.

The responsibilities includes:

• Community Management of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo and YouTube.
• Develop social media content, request the agency the design and follow it up in order to detect improvements until receiving the final product.
• Ensure fulfillment with the client brand policies in digital media by detecting illegal pages and removing inappropriate content.
• Perform editing and adjustments in corporate or sales presentations, according to the needs of the Marketing Manager.
• Support in the logistics of corporate events or seminars in the company, which can be internal.
• Translate presentations and content from English to Spanish or vice versa.
• Develop content and images for the creation of the client website blogs. Use softwares as canva and benchmark.
• Prepare a minute of the marketing meetings from Headquarters to all local operations: agreements, pending•s and follow-up points.

Requirements:
1-3 Years of experience

Bachelor•s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising or related.
