AppleOne Hiring for Dispatcher – t $30 with excellent benefits package at Visalia, CA Full Time

• Answer all incoming service call from customers, respond back in a timely manner
• New customer, must get customer information into the system
• Take care of customer•s needs
• Answer all customers• emails
• Start new jobs, make sure to get any material needed to start job
• As parts come in, check to make sure all parts are here
• Contact customer and schedule jobs
• Communicate with customer, when tech will be out to the job site
• Update D-Board often with jobs
• When tech are done with their jobs, receive emails from them with the scope of work they done, read through them and follow up as needed
• Once guys are finished with their job, they call, send them on their new job
• 2pm every day, receive call from the guys, give update how the job is going, if they will need to go back the next day or it job complete
• If there are no parts needed, guys go straight to job site
• Try and keep same guy on the job
• Have job schedule and ready for next day
• Review all billing make corrections if needed
