Job Summary
Assist the Chief Medical Officer in the daily operations of managing a multi-site community health center.
Primary Functions
1. Prepare outgoing correspondence/Filing/Order supplies for office
2. Open all mail for the CMO – redirect documents if necessary
3. Handle Incoming calls
4. Schedule appointments for the Chief Medical Officer
5. Receive visitors
6. Prepare and distribute minutes for various committee meetings
7. Arrange all travel for Executive Team and Directors
8. Prepare correspondence for executive members as needed
9. Prepare Boardroom for quarterly Provider Meeting of Physicians and any other meeting that the Chief Executive Officer or Chief Medical Officer calls for
10. Coordinate any lunches/dinners for the Executive Team, CQI and BOD meetings
11. Other responsibilities as assigned
Education and Experience
1. High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1. Typing/keyboarding
2. Ability to work under pressure
3. Computer literacy
4. Ability to work well with others
