As the Employer Brand & Marketing Manager you•ll help build and execute our recruitment marketing strategy. You will help craft a cohesive story that employees and candidates want to be a part of. This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner with HR/Global Talent Attraction, PR/Communications, and DEI to identify opportunities and solutions to support recruiting, brand and employee engagement goals.

You’ll work to position the Co. as a top employer, with the goal of attracting, engaging, and retaining the most talented individuals. You are strategic and curious; you are a content creator; you like to build things from the bottom up and roll it out to the world.

Here are some of the exciting things you•ll get to do:

• Create our recruitment marketing strategy, architect content, and scale Co’s. employer brand to drive help us attract talent
• Build relationships with key partners (e.g. PR firm, Internal Communications, DE&I, Talent Development, Digital Content) to gather internal resources to help build our external narrative
• Set the strategy for talent marketing analytics (brand favorability, impressions, campaign engagement rates, month-over-month followers, and many more), and make data-driven decisions to proactively build the top of our recruiting funnel
• Optimize Co’s. career website by partnering with teammates to maintain a site dedicated to the candidate experience
