Our client is looking for an IT Analyst to join their team. This company is well-established with strong team in place. As an IT Analyst, you will take on a lead role and have the overall responsibility over the operation and maintenance of the company•s information systems.

Responsibilities Include:

• Computer set-up for new and existing employees: Network, applications, printers and facilitate access to main servers and portals.
• System maintenance including system back-up, recovery and file maintenance
• Monitor server/network performance
• Provide technical support via phone and email
• Provide marketing software support
• Assist with ERP system validation and upgrade project support

A successful candidate will have:

• Knowledge of principles and practices of systems and procedures analysis; principles and practices of quality assurance and security relative to computer information technology; principles, practices, methods, and techniques used in the operation, maintenance, and administration of end user device computer operating systems and hardware applicable to the administration PC hardware and software components, computer system technology and vocabulary; network operating systems, programming languages, utilities, and tools.
• Understanding of information technology privacy and security concepts, standard practices, applicable laws and standards, and understanding of relevant emerging cybersecurity threats and issues; server operating systems, virtualization platforms, storage area networks and backup and recovery systems; information systems troubleshooting techniques; research and analysis techniques and methods; principles and techniques of work and project planning, prioritizing and scheduling applicable to information technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
