We are looking for a Receptionist for a Law Firm in Winter Park! $18-$20/hour The hours would be full-time 9:00 a.m. • 6:00 p.m. Monday -Thursday and 9:00 a.m. • 5:00 p.m. on Fridays (but will be paid until 6:00 on Friday). The responsibilities would be: • Operating front desk switchboard and answering incoming calls and transferring calls to the appropriate person or taking messages, retrieving voicemail messages. Greeting clients. • Checking USPS mailbox daily • signing for USPS, FedEx, UPS packages. • Taking USPS Mail and or FedEx packages to the post office and or FedEx office daily. • Monitoring the master calendar and creating daily calendar and call schedules for managing partner. • Monitoring daily incoming Fax Folder multiple times, throughout the day. • Checking Konica Minolta Copier daily and reloading paper in copier. • Monitoring drinks and office snacks and replenishing the refrigerators and kitchen with paper products as needed. • Entering managing partner•s time entries in PC law timekeeping program. • Preparing coffee each morning. • Assisting office Administrator with mailing billing statements on the first day of every month. • Ordering lunches and dinners via Doordash delivery service for in-office events.
