About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Email Marketing Manager to spearhead and execute our company’s email marketing strategies. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and optimising email campaigns to drive customer engagement, foster brand loyalty, and enhance overall marketing performance.

Responsibilities include:

Strategy Development and Execution:

• Develop and execute effective email marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.
• Plan and schedule email campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimised audience targeting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate email marketing initiatives with broader marketing efforts.
• Utilise data-driven approaches to identify target audiences and develop effective acquisition campaigns.
• Implement lead generation techniques such as landing page optimisation, content marketing, and social media advertising to attract new subscribers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition efforts with overall marketing objectives.
• Develop personalised email campaigns to nurture and engage existing subscribers, driving increased loyalty and reducing churn rates.
• Implement segmentation strategies to deliver highly targeted and relevant content to different subscriber segments.
• Analyse email performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to optimise engagement and retention rates.

Campaign Management and Optimisation:

• Create engaging and persuasive newsletters and email content to captivate and resonate with our subscribers.
• Manage subscriber databases, segmenting audiences for targeted and personalised campaigns.
• Implement A/B testing and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Continuously refine strategies based on data insights and industry best practices.

Brand Promotion and Customer Relationship Management:

• Leverage innovative ideas and a deep understanding of customer engagement to promote our brand effectively through email marketing.
• Deliver valuable updates, promotions, and relevant content to our customers, nurturing strong and lasting relationships.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a small team of coordinators, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a managerial or people lead role.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms, preferably HubSpot marketing automation tools, and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creative flair.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team/stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Knowledge of current industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing.
