Archway Recruitment Looking for Payroll Rectification Systems Analyst at Lower Hutt, Wellington Region, New Zealand Full Time

A Wellington based client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Payroll Systems Analyst to join their organisation for a contractor assignment through until June 2024 supporting their Payroll Recitification Project.

As a Payroll System Analyst/Technician expectation is that you will provide both leadership and specific technical support and advice on the Holidays Act reconfiguration of their pay and people systems. The work includes working alongside current BAU and Holiday Act Programme resources as systems are redesigned, configured and tested and then put into production.

To be suitable for this role you must have relevant experience in a similar role supporting a large, complex payroll compliance / rectification project. By large and complex this would mean pay runs ideally of 1000+ people with 24/7, rostered workforces and multiple MECAs. You will have evidence on your CV of configuring systems, testing and payroll experience

In return you will receive a contract until 30 June 2024, with potential for extensions. The client has a preference for a 3/2 Hybrid Work Environment in, however for the right candidate their is potential for remote candidates (within New Zealand, Overseas based candidates need not apply).
