- Schedule and coordinate a variety of meetings (upon request) including customer and vendor visits; duties to include providing refreshment service (coffee, food, meeting supplies, etc.); on occasion, will be required to “host” such meetings, which will include set-up and breakdown of the meeting room
- Primary support for Applicant processing, new hire paperwork/file set-up
- Assist HR manager in daily activities, including payroll, employee relations, benefits and safety
- Provide to Offices and Human Resource the administration of all paperwork (to include enrollments, service awards, recreation, new hires, applicant insight etc.)
- Coordination of internal job posting as needed
- Distribute a variety of employment-related forms
- Maintain database of training, special certifications and probation periods
- Schedule and coordinate training meetings upon request
- Maintain files, make copies and other various duties, as needed
- Assist with maintenance of records for attendance, job skills database or similar
- Perform any and all other job related tasks as assigned
