We are looking for a hardworking, outgoing, kind and dedicated individual to join our exceptional team of healthcare professionals!

The position consists of assisting with patient care, but also performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure everything in the office is running smoothly throughout the work day. Other duties include, but are not limited to: checking patients in and out; verifying insurance benefits; handling patient payments; scheduling appointments; preparing patients for treatment; obtaining prior authorization for patient care. The position requires undergoing online training of 40 hours to obtain a CTA certificate, as well as on the job training. We are looking for someone who is kind, personable, organized, has attention to detail and strives for excellence. The position requires excellent multitasking and communications skills. Must have experience with working with people, preferably in an office or a medical office environment. Experience with chiropractic medicine and physical therapy preferred, but not required. Full time job – 4 ten hour days. Must be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
