Are We There Yet Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Remote Full Time
As Customer Service Representative, or CSR, at Are We There Yet, you will act as a concierge service, provide trip details, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The reason our customers come back time and time again is because our CSRs are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Problem-solving comes naturally to our customer care specialists. Our CSRs are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.
We are looking for those who are genuinely excited to help customers and are able to put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver information about services
- Answer questions about services
- Generate sales leads
- Manage inbound phone calls
- Assess customer needs
- Build relationships with customers
- Provide accurate information to customers
- Handle customer complaints
- Provide appropriate solutions/alternatives
- Record keeping – customer interactions/accounts/documents
- Handle large key accounts
- Follow up procedures
- Collect and analyze customer feedback
- Respond to customer reviews
- Track customer service KPIs and metrics

- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
- Strong communication skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
