The Data Entry Clerk position involves inputting warranty data supplied by our warranty analyst department. Data is to be typed into two separate data bases.

Essential Duties
v The position is responsible to take the information from the supplied warranty tags and transfer that information into an Excel Database and search for the invoice and part number in another program called Sales Pad and input the resolution code against the part.

v Other related duties as assigned.

Environment and Physical Activity
The environment for this position is an open office that is clean and comfortable. The incumbent is in a non-confined office-type setting in which he/she is free to move about at will.

While performing this position the incumbent spends time writing, typing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 20 pounds), carrying, seeing (such as close, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and adjusted focus), sitting, pulling, walking, standing, squatting, kneeling, and reaching.

This position may be required to operate any or all the following: telephone, cell telephone, general office equipment, personal computer, and related printers. He/she must be able to sit for prolonged periods.

Mental Demands
The incumbent in this position must be able to: read documents and perform detailed work.

Position Requirements

v High School diploma, ability to read and write English, touch type and proficient ability in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn a program called Sales Pad.

v The person performing this function must enjoy repetitive work, being able to stay focused for long periods of time.

v This position is expected to be 2-3 days a week, varies by demand.

v Days and amount of hours worked per day are flexible, but must be performed sometime between 7am-3:30pm, M-F, and the data must be kept up to date.

v This position cannot be performed remotely.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
