We are looking for a talented Junior Software Engineer who thrives on creative problem-solving, takes initiative, and enjoys the process of software development and maintenance. While familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of technologies, including GCT, Cloud Functions, web development, and API designs for integrating with third-party services. Collaboration with fellow engineers and developers across various infrastructure layers is a key aspect of this role, necessitating a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, thoughtful design, and the creation of high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining custom software solutions
• Working with different technologies, including GCP (primarily Cloud Functions) and web development
• Designing, coding, implementing, and testing applications
• Employing Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Creating documentation and ensuring the security and integrity of software applications
• Automating business processes through custom code
• Integrating software systems by leveraging API documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in application and software development
• Proficiency in coding algorithms, object-oriented programming, systems, and design
• Strong command of SQL queries, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies
• Project management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines
• Nice to have knowledge in one or more programming languages such as Python, PHP, Java, C++, or C#
• Experience with software development beyond the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus

Nice To Have Experience Or Familiarity With

• MuleSoft, VisualForce, Git, Cloud Function, GCP, Grafana, NetSuite
• Integration of marketing platforms and Pardot (not required)
