Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
This friendly and outgoing call center professional will answer customer calls within a busy high-volume call-center environment, schedule customer service appointments, and enter data into a computer system. In addition, but not limited to responding timely to customer queries, taking care of our customers’ needs by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls to our preferred customer base regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements.
Qualifications:
What You Need to Succeed:
- Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends.
- 3 – 5 years of Customer Service experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated listening and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals.
- Receptive to continual coaching and feedback designed to help you succeed.
- Experience gathering customer information and keying it into a computer.
Preferred Credentials:
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency preferred but not required.
- Experience in a call-center environment.
