Role: Desktop Support

Location: Washington DC (Full Onsite)

Client: Federal Communications Commission (FCC)

  • Desktop support personal to distribute laptops, install windows apply patched etc
  • Provide customer facing end-user support that includes
  • Break-fix support for Laptop, desktop, tablets, and associated hardware peripheral
  • Migration on Windows 10
  • How to debug outlook in safe mode? How do you restore outlook from backups (pst and ost)?
  • What is your day to day responsibilities? Experience in applying patches

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $15.77 – $43.06 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • iOS: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Windows: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
