We are on the hunt for a passionate and enthusiastic new Head of Global Education for a luxury, doctor-led skincare brand based in London.

The Role

The Head of Global Education for Skincare will be responsible for building and deploying industry leading training content and services. Collaborating with NPD, Marketing, as well as regional Retail and Education teams in UK, EMEA, NA and APAC, you will make an impact in all territories and geographies through education.

Your responsibilities will include deploying a wide variety of training methods including classroom, in-situ, LMS, digital and experiential training and ensuring that market-specific commercial and cultural needs are met. You will also be attending regular site visits and hosting Train the Trainer events to review delivery and support global facilitation.

How you’ll dazzle us

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in a senior and high achieving role as a Regional or Global Training Manager in luxury skincare. You’ll be able to demonstrate a diverse and unique approach to training methods and learning technologies.

You will have a proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs. Highly organised, you will be able to manage multiple tasks at once in a time effective manner. You are expected to have strong project management skills, excellent presentation, training, coaching and communication skills.

The role includes extensive travel.
