The role will have full training provided and is available on a fully employed basis of 40 hrs weekly.

Looking for a self-employed opportunity instead, then a realistic OTE of £40 to £45k is available.

The role:

This is not a bailiff/repossession role; we are #Heretohelp, and your role will be to visit customers in arrears on behalf of major Energy and Water Utilities. Using your listening and negotiation skills, you will help customers take positive steps to address their debt situation, identifying the most appropriate solution based on their circumstances.

As you become more experienced, you will also support the installation of Pre-Payment meters under warrants obtained with your responsibility to oversee the installation with the assistance of an engineer and locksmith.

What you will require:
