Schedule appointments, planmeetings, and maintain complex and changing calendars,while working through scheduling roadblocks.
Arrange travel to ensure consistency within companyprocedures and support organization in obtaining necessarytravel documents including Visa/passport, while maintainingLeadership expenses/credit cardreconciliation.
Work on headcount reports/new hires within the Customer Outcomes organization and supply list to Customer Outcomes EA for New Hire Roundtable Discussions
Assist internal departments with the setup of new hires.
Work with the Customer Outcomes Admin/Executive Assistant team on any overflow

10+ years experiencesupporting Director/VPlevel
Organized withexceptionalcommunicationskills andability to manage avariety of high priorityprojectsfrom multiplemanagement andprofessionallevels
