Responsibilities

Role expectations may include:

• Assist a PMO manager with various tasks managing their portfolio

• Analysis of data related to the project portfolio

• Assisting project managers with updating and maintaining resource plans for project resources

• Facilitate obtaining resource including coordination with the resource managers and the resource themselves

• Escalating resource issues

• Coordinating the update of milestones in the project management tool

• Following up on project quality measures and artifacts

• Validating project readiness for new project requests

• Coordinating minor projects

Requirements

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

• At least 3 years of project related IT experience preferred

• Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills are essential.

• Understanding of project related terms and processes.

• Proficiency with Google Office tools including meetings, slides, and spreadsheets.
