RN Manager – Full-time – 1.0 FTE – Day Shift – Skilled Nursing & Rehab – Alexian Village of Milwaukee
You are eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid out in 3 equal installments. $1,000 will be paid out at 30 days, $1,000 at 90 days, and $1,000 at 180 days of employment.

What You Will Do
As an RN Manager, you will manage activities, workflow and nursing resources of assigned nursing units.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for self and within unit
Develop and implement policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and effective delivery of health services
Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff
Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services for the assigned units
Assure resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiates corrective action as appropriate
Monitor and adhere to budget
Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines
Other tasks as assigned
What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
Work Experience:
3 years of experience required.
1 year of leadership or management experience required.
