Service Partnerships & Business Account Manager Oceania
We are looking for a Service Partnerships & Business Account Manager for the Oceania markets, especially in Australia and New Zealand. This position is reporting directly to the Managing Director Oceania and will be based in either New Zealand or Australia. The incumbent is responsible for driving business growth with existing partnerships and new clients, develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
To ensure that Customer Experience is maximised through effective and efficient administration of our service partners. This role includes contract negotiation and key account management and new business development. You will be supporting the sales activities by providing excellent service to customer and taking control over critical commercial issues and resolve, escalate and/or close cases.
You will manage the day-to-day operational issues from both internal stakeholders (Operations, Sales & Marketing) and external stakeholders (local partners & customers) to ensure smooth operations in both Customer Service and Operations functions.
