ASM Hiring For Senior Project Manager, S/4 Hana at Singapore Full Time

The role of the Senior Project Manager involves mainly:

• Manage complex project/s throughout the global enterprise, leading project team members in the design, development, and delivery of technology and business solutions
• Work closely with the S/4 HANA Project Program Director, PMO members, OCM members, vendors, business and IT team, senior management  and executives
• Build schedules, establish communication plans, manage risks/issues, and measure or report project results
• Facilitate creative efforts to resolve issues and develop quality deliverables to achieve corporate objectives
• Partner with stakeholders and teams to prioritize project requirements and issue resolutions to ensure successful delivery of project scope
• Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including key-users, cross functional departments, external consultants and key stakeholders.
• Lead project team members located in multiple countries
• Work in close collaboration with global PMO to ensure projects execution follows and adhere to ASM project delivery methodology (IT-PLC).
• Supports global PMO to develop the Project Management (people, process, templates etc) capabilities in ASM.

• Educating business users on best practices employed globally within the industry
• Eliminating difficulties users face in their daily routine of operations
• Review, update and approve to-be business processes in alignment with the company’s culture, environment, requirements and processes
• Challenge status quo by offering pragmatic and efficient processes
• Monitor and measure performance, effectiveness and efficiency of specific core business processes
• Identifying, documenting and testing new business and exceptional scenarios
• Leading a successful project implementation with a high level of satisfaction and acceptance across all levels of stakeholders

• This role requires more than 25% time of international travel

The ideal candidate will have:  

• Strong knowledge of equipment manufacturing business domains in the semiconductor industry
• Well verse and has deep insights on industry norms and best practices
• Ability to demonstrate values in industry best practice on a practical level
• Experience in managing change at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to articulate all aspects and views of problem and solution
• Ability to compare as-is and to-be to identify gaps and any additional business needs
• Ability to prioritize changes based on values, change impact and risks, to achieve the overall business objectives
• Flexibility to adapt a workaround solution into a business process, and to close the loop with a long term solution
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management or any related discipline with 10+ years of relevant working experience.
• At least 10 years working in the manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in the business consulting environment will be advantageous
• Experience as a business process owner in several domains, eg. the manufacturing, demand planning and forecasting, supply chain, and sourcing & procurement
• Experience in business process re-engineering (BPR) or Kaizen activities
• Project experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to gather user requirements and identify potential solutions.
• Strong ability to collaborate closely with multiple functional and business teams in developing agreed, controlled yet flexible business process.
• Strong ability to interact both in written and verbal forms.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and technically challenging environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent in one of the following languages is definitely plus – Japanese, Korean, or Dutch
