Duration: This will be an open-end contract- Can be brought on

perm.

Start Date: NOVEMBER 18TH

Location: 100% REMOTE

Schedule: Schedule in MST: (MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY FOR THESE SCHEDULES)

Monday- Saturday 8am-5pm (outside holiday peak)

Monday-Saturday 7am-6pm (inside holiday peak hours)

A few Sundays 8am-5pm (inside holiday peak hours)

Job Description:

The Customer Care Representative – 1 provides premium service and builds

relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, email and

social media correspondence. Majority of calls will be discussing logistics of

packages, returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions.

We are seeking candidates with strong customer service experience, and ability to

WOW the customer. Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication

skills. Best candidates have computer navigations skills, specific to MS

Office.
