Description:

PA2:

• Provides customer assistance with routine customer service inquires

• Communicates clearly, professionally and empathetically with customers/associates using approved scripts via phone and written correspondence and/or other communication channels

• Ability to handle multiple computer applications while helping customers on the phone and maintaining quality records in a fast-paced collaborative team environment

• Completes simple transactions

• Learns and applies product, industry, and market knowledge to make recommendations to policyholders

• Provides feedback to management regarding process improvements

• Explains coverage and insurance terms clearly for existing customers

• Handles and average of 20-30 calls per day

• Answers calls relating to financial services from agents and policyholders

Training Hours:

• 10:30a.m. – 7p.m.

Shift Hours:

• 2:30p.m. – 11p.m.
