Currently have openings for two positions within managed healthcare company. Sharp, professional candidates with previous Healthcare call center, sales, enrollment, & upselling experience.
The Client will decide what position suits the candidate the best after interviewing! Both will have same pay & same schedule.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:45am-10:45am to 6:45pm-7:45pm
Pay: $18-$19hr
Start Date: 9/20

Enrollment Coordinator JD:
The Enrollment Coordinator is the “1st step” of Monogram’s process. They will be responsible for calling members of Monograms healthcare insurance clients that have renal diseases and sign them up for Monogram’s program. It’s key that they have strong skills with healthcare enrollment/scheduling or in a role where they’ve had to sell, upsell or handle rebuttals. They must also maintain empathy and “on the fly” conversations.
Care Coordinator JD:
This role is the “2nd step.” After an appointment is made, the Care Coordinator is responsible for engaging with the members who are enrolled in the program, checking in with them, getting them scheduled with Monogram’s providers (nurses/licensed social workers) They will be responsible with talking to the nurses and social workers as well as members. This role is still heavy phones but it’s important they have strong attention to detail as they will have to manage the providers calendars and make sure appointments are scheduled accurately.
Enrollment Coordinator Experience:
-HS Diploma or GED
-Call center experience selling, upselling, handling rebuttals OR healthcare enrollment or scheduling experience (preferably from a call center)
-Must be tech savvy and able to toggle between multiple systems simultaneously (salesforce, phone, email, etc.)
-Must have strong tenure
-Bilingual is a plus but not required
-Must have strong empathy as they are dealing with primarily senior citizens as the main demographic
-Must have ability to talk to members simultaneously off script
Care Coordinator Experience Required:
-HS Diploma or GED
-Healthcare call center background or Medical Assistant background
-Must be tech savvy and able to toggle between multiple systems simultaneously (salesforce, phone, email, etc.)
-Must have strong tenure
-Bilingual is a plus but not required
-Must have strong empathy as they are dealing with primarily senior citizens
-Must have ability to talk to members simultaneously off script and must have a level of professionalism and comfort talking to higher level staff (they will be required to talk to providers a lot)
