Description:
These Aerotek managed member support team will be responding to email inquiries about Betterhelp’s platform and services. They will be answering both Tier 1 will be coming from Better Help members/users of the app. Questions are mostly in regards to refunds, financial aid and subscription questions. These Member Support Reps will be measured by conversion of these users such as price, inability to afford, password resets and how to set up membership.
They will be handling over 180-200 separate interactions each day and must be professional and efficient when typing responses.
